Yeah, that’s pretty good example of those things related to religion that I don’t understand. A friend of mine works in a hospital (doctor) and he told me that one patient didn’t want blood transfer because of her religion. She was going to be operated and the doctor said to her that most probably you will need extra blood. Otherwise you’ll die. She refused. Well, during the operation (she was sleeping) they gave her some blood and she recovered. They never told that to the patient. I’m not sure if they did right because she refused but I understand the doctor as well. He just didn’t want her to die that easy.
