		<description>Some years back I missed my son&#039;s birthday while on a JCMT run. I sent him birthday greetings by scribbling on a piece of paper and holding it up the webcam. Wot a pathetic Dad. Anyhoo, this reminds me that I have repeatedly heard this urban myth that the JCMT webcam was once voted &quot;world&#039;s most boring webcam&quot;. Anybody know if this is true ? Could well be. Half the time its pointing outside at an unchanging blue sky, and half the time its showing pictures of atronomers in anoraks typing. Gripping.
