I sent him birthday greetings by scribbling on a piece of paper and holding it up the webcam. Wot a pathetic Dad. Anyhoo, this reminds me that I have repeatedly heard this urban myth that the JCMT webcam was once voted "world's most boring webcam". Anybody know if this is true ? Could well be. Half the time its pointing outside at an unchanging blue sky, and half the time its showing pictures of atronomers in anoraks typing. Gripping. Tau looks pretty good you lucky folk.
