My Red Blue Moon
My Red Blue Moon
Jan 01
A really quick to show my snaps of yesterday's
partial lunar eclipse, on a blue moon. You can see the little bite taken out of the Moon on the lower-right, caused by the Earth's shadow. Happy New Year. Photos above and below using different processing.
Hi Rob,
I’m wanting to use this image I found on a blog for Elephant Journal. http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://scienceblogs.com/startswithabang/upload/2010/01/a_moon-stravaganza/moon_phases.jpg&imgrefurl=http://scienceblogs.com/startswithabang/2010/01/a_moon-stravaganza.php&usg=__7H16HfVsbnKT773TFJO5SiKcQJU=&h=400&w=500&sz=21&hl=en&start=41&um=1&itbs=1&tbnid=U74hq219JGY6DM:&tbnh=104&tbnw=130&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dmoon%26start%3D40%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26client%3Dfirefox-a%26sa%3DN%26rlz%3D1R1GGGL_en___US360%26ndsp%3D20%26tbs%3Disch:1
It says that you are responsible for it. Can you give me permission to use it?
Thanks.

I am currently posting a series of poems on the moon and I came across your marvelous pictures of the moon. May I use the two images for the series, please. I will acknowledge source of the pictures. Please let me know. Meanwhile I offer a poem to accompany your moons”
LI PO, the MOON and ME
You know
lovely moon
Li Po
was drunk
and he paddled out to you
seeing your reflection
and he jumped in to the lake
embracing you in the waters
and so he drowned;
but,
you know
loving moon,
I will not come to you thus;
instead you know my time
and you will drown
in the lake shadows of my quiet
