Earth Set to Receive Alien Reply in 2015?

From Gizmodo: If all goes well (or very wrong) Earth may receive a message from aliens from the Altair solar system as early as 2015. The message could be a reply to a message sent by two drunk astronomers in 1983. This is a funny article and it makes me wonder how many other drunken messages have been sent.
